PART II: Prologue

Part I has shown that conflict in the outer world follows a causal architecture: wars do not erupt from chaos but from identifiable pathways of perception, pressure, and response. Yet long before a crisis becomes visible on the world stage, its seeds are planted in a far more intimate arena. As the UNESCO Constitution reminds us, “since wars begin in the minds of men, it is in the minds of men that the defenses of peace must be constructed.” The causal diagrams of Part I map the external machinery of escalation; Part II turns inward to examine the architecture of consciousness itself.

THE GREAT INVOCATION

From the point of Light within the Mind of God
Let light stream forth into human minds.
Let Light descend on Earth.

From the point of Love within the Heart of God
Let love stream forth into human hearts.
May the Coming One return to Earth.

From the centre where the Will of God is known
Let purpose guide all little human wills –
The purpose which the Masters know and serve.

From the centre which we call the human race
Let the Plan of Love and Light work out
And may it seal the door where evil dwells.

Let Light and Love and Power restore the Plan on Earth.

The Great Invocation offers a profound key to this inner causal structure. It speaks of Light in the Mind, Love in the Heart, and Purpose in the Will, flowing outward into the Plan that humanity must work out on Earth. These are not poetic metaphors but a sequence—a chain of inner causation. Light clarifies the mind; Love stabilizes the heart; Will reveals Purpose; and Purpose becomes the Plan. The Invocation describes, in symbolic language, the same kind of directional flow that a DAG makes explicit: a movement from source to expression, from energy to form.

If Part I mapped how fear becomes conflict, Part II explores how Will becomes Power. In causal terms, Will is the originating impulse—the exposure, the first node. But Will alone is undirected energy. It becomes Power only when directed by Intention, shaped by Purpose, and expressed through a Plan. Power is not the raw force of Will; it is Will that has passed through the Heart, been clarified by the Mind, and found its rightful direction. In this sense, Power is not domination but alignment: the outward expression of an inner causal chain that begins in the deepest center of human consciousness.

Part II introduces a simple visual language to reveal this inner architecture. Just as the war‑DAG exposed the hidden mechanics of escalation, the spiritual‑DAG shows how the energies of Will, Intention, Purpose, and Plan flow through the human constitution. It is a map of becoming rather than conflict, a diagram of how Good Will becomes effective Power in the world. Where Part I traced the pathways that lead to war, Part II traces the pathways that lead to inner PEACE and the restoration of the Plan on Earth.
